For a corporate social media team it is a big challenge to keep track of user posts on the Facebook wall and even more for finding user comments under own or user posts. The response to these posts can make or break a social presence, but are very time consuming to trace. Sprout has such filtering, but I would rather see this in MarketMeSuite.

The additional link on the post of a business Facebook page to the image is distracting from the post and leading users away from the message. Hootsuite allows for an easy unticking of the image url when displayed in Facebook. It would be great to get this feature also with MarketMeSuite and make it better useable for business pages.

I can't see how to schedule a reply or RT. Whilst you can copy and paste into a new message it would be much better if we can schedule for all types of posts not just new posts.

Twitter can send notifications, but only to the primary account holder. To get realtime notices that team members can turn on & off based on duty shifts, would be a great help.

MMS used to allow the via MarketMeSuite signature to be edited, will you be bringing it back?

Facebook offers business profiles which can be created solely for the use of Business Pages, You cannot have friends, or a wall post or anything like that. The only thing you can do is administer page which is great for businesses as employees probably don't want to mix their personal accounts with work stuff. Furthermore Facebook doesn't like personal accounts created solely for business use.

I'm using two twitter accounts and one FB account.

I know that we can create a Smart Inbox for each account but that takes time to set-up. I would prefer that there is an expandable option under each social network to show the timeline, mentions, DM's of just one account in the way that it worked when I did just have one Twitter account.

I don't want to leave MarketMeSuite to view someone's Twitter profile.

When I click on a post (or a person when using follow searches) I want to see previous tweets from that user in addition to their bio.

It would also be very useful if the bios + latest tweet of other people mentioned in the selected post is shown - an opportunity to follow someone of interest.

It's a real pain to have to keep typing in and selecting the account from which you want to post. I would prefer to have a drop down with all accounts but also have a default option.

I am only just getting started but I would think the best way might be to have the default as the last account used to post.

Yourls is an easy to install self hosted web shortener. It's incredibly easy to use and keeps all shortened urls "In House" and safe. It has a readily available api. http://yourls.org

Basically have an option that assigns a message for follow-up from a specific team member ... or another option would be just a way to move/copy a message to an inbox setup for a specific team member.

I suggest larger Avatars in your beta version, as your existing version.
This allows you to glance down the list of tweets and pick out your favourites without highlighting them.

Avatars in beta version are very small.

I wish there was an easy way to whitelist people you don't want to unfollow. I'd like to be able to search by username and whitelist from the results.

Would love to add the ability to leave notes for specific users. It would make MMS even a more powerful CRM ...

Example: When viewing a Twitter message from @user there would be a highlighted notes section that would show the latest note and then a link to view all notes.

I could see people using it as such:

- Owner of XYZ Corp.

- Birthday is Jan 1st. Make sure we all wish him a happy birthday.

Etc.

I would like posts to go out at regular times every day and would like to just add posts to a queue so they can go without thinking about the day and time of each post. In other words, I would like a queue that releases one post at a time in the order they are in the queue based upon a set schedule. At 6am, 2pm, 8pm, etc. Would like to have multiple queues with different schedules.

I think it's widely accepted that Google+ is a huge player in Social Media. I'd like access to it included in MarketMeSuite. Frankly, I'm surprised it's not supported.

For quite awhile now I have heard a lot of my team and other colleagues in the business mention that a Auto Facebook Greeter would be a great tool.  So with this it could have pre-written messages for when you add new people to your Facebook F or page in general and it could give them a plain welcome or just a give away of some sort to direct them wherever you would like them (blog, capture page etc.)
